Volunteer Fees

$300/Family - Due at Registration

As part of the operation of our association, we utilize the concession in both Trochu and Three Hills as a fundraiser every year. This fee helps covers the wages of workers to keep our concession open and running during games and tournaments every weekend. The volunteer fee is pre collected and can be reimbursed if a member chooses to volunteer at either associations concessions.

If a member chooses to volunteer: We refund the member $15/hr for a total of 20 hours, working the concession at either Trochu or Three Hills. If a member goes over 20 hours, they will be paid out at $15/hr. Booth hours can not be carried over from season to season. As the season starts, the member must contact their TEAM MANAGER for concession contacts.

Other Volunteering Options: Aside from concession, we offer volunteering at our casino fundraiser that we participate in every 3 years. The hours worked at the casino would be paid out at the same rate of $15/hr.

Volunteers will be refunded at the end of the year on March 1st, 2027.
